From April 19th to 21st, the 24th China Environmental Expo 2023 was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Sunlike Pump Industry went to Shanghai to participate in the exhibition with our new research and development results. As an annual large-scale environmental protection exhibition in my country's ecological environment industry, the exhibition attracted many 100 companies and industry leaders at home and abroad to participate in the exhibition, focusing on the "pollution reduction and carbon reduction" collaborative governance solutions, transformation results and scientific research technologies in the fields of water and sewage treatment, water supply and drainage, solid waste treatment and disposal, air pollution control, contaminated site remediation, and environmental monitoring.

SZJ heavy-duty slurry pump
SZJ heavy-duty slurry pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal tightening pump. The flow-through parts are made of high-chromium alloy, the bearings are lubricated with thin oil, and the seals are double-end containerized self-circulating mechanical seals. The pump has the advantages of reasonable structure, reliable operation, small vibration and low noise. It can be used in sand washing, coal washing, mining, building materials and other industries to transport abrasive slurries containing solid particles.

DZJ single-shell slurry pump
DZJ single-shell slurry pump is a new generation of washing slurry pump developed by our company according to the design theory of "two-phase flow slurry pump". It is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving and wear-resistant slurry pump developed in combination with the pump needs of various washing equipment and the actual working conditions and pump usage of enterprises such as ore dressing, coal washing, and metallurgy. The product has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. It is suitable for supporting various washing equipment and transporting abrasive slurries containing solid particles for washing, power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries.

ZJY filter press special slurry pump
ZJY filter press special slurry pump has a unique negative pressure feeding structure, and the mechanical seal works in a pressure-free environment. The pump has the advantages of simple structure and no overload in the full flow range. It is used with double-end pressure-free seals and has no leakage at high pressure. It is widely used in filter press feeding in places such as washing, sand washing, smelting, and mining, overcoming the shortcomings of ordinary slurry pumps that leak during filtration.

SW wear-resistant sewage pump
SW wear-resistant sewage pump is a light abrasive impurity pump. The filter components are made of wear-resistant materials. It can transport sewage containing a small amount of silt, fiber or other solid particles. It is widely used in chemical, papermaking, urban sewage and other industries. It is also suitable for feeding, flotation, circulation and other working conditions in the coal washing industry.

SYP high pressure filter press feed pump
SYP high pressure filter press feed pump is a newly developed high pressure filter press feed pump by our company. Its pressure is as high as 2.0MPa and its flow rate can reach 280m³/h. The pump has the advantages of high pressure, high wear resistance and simple maintenance. When used with the automatic control system developed by our company, it can achieve energy saving of 30% to 50%. It is an ideal product to replace screw pumps and plunger pumps. It is widely used in urban sludge treatment, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, sewage sludge treatment in pharmaceutical industry, drilling mud dry drainage, river dredging and other industries.

STC ceramic slurry pump
The pump lining of STC ceramic slurry pump adopts optimized design and special manufacturing process. The pump housing, plate guard and lining are all made of silicon carbide ceramics, and the external metal Kai is used. The overall reliability of the pump is high, the insurance is good, and it is easy to disassemble and assemble. The design service life of the ceramic slurry pump is three to five times that of the metal pump. It has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance and is widely used in mineral processing, coal washing, chemical industry and other industries.
