Check the pipeline and gate valve of the filter press feed pump, including the feed pipeline switch of the filter press pump and the feed and discharge switch of the filter press pump. Mainly check whether the pipeline is damaged, whether the gate valve is fully open, and whether there is leakage.

3. Check the working condition of the filter press pump to see if there is any blockage. Blockage will cause insufficient flow and slow flow, thereby affecting pressure and feed. In addition, for newly installed pumps, check if the speed is too low and the motor power is too small, which will cause this phenomenon; for pumps that have problems during normal use, the power and speed are generally good, so it is necessary to check whether the impeller is severely worn and whether the pump seal is leaking.
