The main structure of the Senlike silicon carbide ceramic pump is horizontal radial split, rear door, single-stage single-suction volute, and closed impeller: the volute of the pump is end suction, center outlet, and hip support structure: the bearing body is lubricated with thin oil; the shaft seal is a mechanical seal. It uses high-strength carbon fiber composite materials, has excellent resistance to physical wear, can resist more than 99% of chemical media corrosion, and the operating temperature can reach about 150°C under specific conditions of use. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature, strong corrosion, and high-wear media transportation that neither metal nor non-metal pumps can meet; it is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, mining, electric power, coal, papermaking, energy conservation and environmental protection industries.
